Return Policy
At Victoria Bellara, our priority is to provide you with a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. If, for any reason, your item does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple return and exchange process under the following conditions.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the shipment has not yet been initiated.
If the order is already in logistic processing, cancellation will not be possible. We recommend contacting our customer service team immediately so we can look for the best possible solution.
2. After-Sales Service Timeframe
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date registered by the carrier.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request
To open a return or exchange request, please contact our Customer Service at contact@victoriabellara.com and provide:
- Order number
- Contact email
- Details about the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging 📸 (this helps speed up the process)
After review, we will send you the return address and the necessary instructions.
4. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
- Include all original tags intact.
- Come with the original packaging (box, protective bag, etc.).
- Be in good condition, with no odors, stains, or alterations made by the customer.
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
5. Process Steps
Return
- Request the return through customer service.
- Provide order details and photos.
- Upon approval, you will receive the return address.
- The customer must ship the product and cover postage costs, including any customs duties.
- Once we receive and confirm the item, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Exchange
- Request the exchange through customer service.
- Provide the desired size, color, and specifications.
- Our team will confirm availability and proceed with the exchange.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative.
6. Refund
After confirmation of the return, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method:
- Credit card: refund credited back to the card within 7 business days (timeframe depends on the card operator).
- Other payment methods: refund credited to the account within 72 hours after processing.
7. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or clearance fees and a fixed return fee of 3 EUR.
However, this fixed return fee of 3 EUR will be refunded to the customer once the returned product has been received and confirmed at our destination.
It is important to use a trackable delivery service and keep the receipt until the process is completed.
We do not accept returns sent with “cash on delivery” payment.
8. Important Notes
- Personalized products, intimate apparel, accessories, and clearance sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges (when applicable, this information will be displayed on the product page).
- Please carefully check the items before sending them back. We are not responsible for products not purchased from our store that are mistakenly sent.
